My lovely girlfriend, who is a much better writer than I am, has also set herself up a little blog.
Its new, so there isn't much on it yet, but I know its going to be a great read too.

She also wrote a great review for the Badger Herald of the new Brandon Flowers album which I will be posting later. We both agree its a must buy, but I have some differing opinions which I shall divulge later.

I am soooooooo impressed with your prolific blog entries, but alas I don't know that I can even begin to keep up or even come close to writing all the comments that I have in mind.
I will give it my best shot, as they say. PLEASE, keep up the beautiful writings.
As for Nicole's review for the Herald, I must confess that I have never heard of Brandon FLowers...... It's a generation gap thing, you know. Speaking of generation gaps.....
I have been going through my 33RPM LP recordings, some 500+ in number and I'm having a conversation with me."WHat do you want to keep, Elizabeth? Do you want to transfer several of the same ilk to a CD? HM! Maybe Nicole would like these, or Steven or Nathen or Ben."
It is kind of crazy making, for sure. What I don't want will go into my garage sale stack, but wait!! Am I SURE I don't want those I decided to get rid of? "I better go through the throw aways one more time." If I keep this up, this will be my new career and the records will be truly antique and ......so will I !
Thank you Liz! I will do my best to keep up the posts! Hopefully I will still have the time! So proud of Nicole, I am going to post a link to her review on here too, just so everyone can see it! I have no idea if you would like Brandon Flowers, but I would you recommend you give him a try maybe. He has some nice songs, and I know my Mum can stand listening to some of his songs! We can play him for you when we return for Thanksgiving maybe?
I like the two way conversation you had with yourself... it sounds like something I would do. I am a hoarder! I wouldn't want to throw anything like that away! As for the LPs, I hate to think of you throwing away or selling any classics, unless you can make good money on them! Chris and I really got into buying records, we both have turntables back in England! The new ones have functions on to transfer the tracks from the LP to an mp3 file which is really neat! So if you have the space, don't throw any great ones away!
